Dr. Bob Glazier is a native Houstonian having graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor of science, master of science, and doctor of philosophy – all in psychology. He has spent his professional career serving in local and federal law enforcement, academia as a professor of psychology and criminal justice, and provided consultation services as well as a policy advisor in political campaigns in these areas.

He has a long history of service to the community in leadership roles, with highlights including: numerous civic associations, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Special Children’s Committee (Vice Chair), Texas Commission on Law Enforcement’s Criminal Justice Advisory Board for Houston Police Training Academy, City of Houston Independent Police Oversight Board (Panel Chair), Harris County Precinct Chair (694), Montrose Center (Board Secretary).
