Cesar Villalta has been a Board Member with Out for Education for the last 2 years and is longtime advocate for advancing LGBTQIA+ equality and community acceptance. As a first-generation Costa Rican, he understands the importance of pursuing higher education and can relate to the challenges LGBTQIA+ youth face today in obtaining a college degree. His work at Out for Education allows him to help enable the youth of today for future success.
Cesar is a Global Managing Director at Accenture, a professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security. He is married to his husband Lance and loves spending time with friends and family. He is an avid traveler of the world and an admirer of strange foods – and will certainly try anything twice.
